The Monel K500 Pipe Flanges are made up of a nickel copper material that is very resistant to reducing media, alkali, most acids including sulfuric and hydrofluoric acids.  The flanges could be of different types such as flat face, raised face or ring type joint flanges. They range from ½ inches to 60 inches in nominal bore size. The pressure capacities vary with the nominal bore sizes and wall thicknesses so that the pressure classes range from 150 to 2500 and from PN6 up to PN64.
